David I. Wahrhaftig joined Kelso in 1987. He spent the previous five years with Arthur Young & Company where he was an Associate Director of Mergers and Acquisitions and a Management Consultant. He holds a Certificate in Management Accounting. Mr. Wahrhaftig received a B.A. in Economics from Western Maryland College and an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University. He is a director of DS Waters of America, Inc. and Renfro Corporation. He is also a Trustee of Wake Forest University and a member of the Wake Forest University Schools of Business Board of Visitors.
